In writing I have 10 years experience as a reporter and columnist for a local newspaper. The last 6 years I have been a self-syndicated columnist; writing "Preacher's Point" which currently runs in 36 newspapers in 13 states. Outside of writing I have been a Pastor since 1987 and have been at my current church since 1995. I am also retired from the US Department of Justice after 22+ years in law enforcement. I also served one enlistment in the United States Army. Julie and I have been married for 41 years; we have 4 children and 12 grandchildren.
