With a double degree in MSc Entrepreneurship, Management, and Strategy from two of the best schools in Europe, I am a lifelong learner and dedicated self-developer. My passion for research and continuous improvement has led me to become an expert in innovation, gamification, AI, and XR technologies, and I am particularly interested in how these areas can be applied to video games and business development. As a self-taught video game developer, 3D/2D artist, and musician, I am well-versed in the creative and technical aspects of game development. I am also a strong advocate for gamification as a tool for enhancing employee performance and driving business results. In addition to my practical experience, I am deeply interested in academic research and am considering pursuing a PhD in the future. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the academic community and advance the field of gamification and innovation in business. With my diverse skill set and willingness to learn, I believe I have much to offer and am excited about the possibility of collaborating with like-minded individuals and organizations.
