She overstated her virtual assistant skills heavily. Not only did she have poor communication but her English punctuation, grammar and spelling in a US environment was off. She would often say it was not her concern, which was very odd, considering the nature of the project was to assist 20 US CPAs and Lawyers. We would not recommend her for another firm like ours, due to the level of detail and accracy is crucial for our industry.
