The server is running a PHPBB forum (quite large) and also has a third party torrent tracker built into it (nothing illegal). We are looking at updating/refreshing the design, and are looking not only to have the work done but suggestions on which the best way to do so is. The data is all still available, however the host has stop hosting the site until the PhP version has been updated. We'd like all the old data (posts, usernames/join dates/post count/pictures/links/etc) to transfer to a new site if possible.
