For the first tasks I need: 1) A road creation system for different types of roads: one lane, two lanes, etc. The ground will be flat, so all roads will be flat, no bridges or tunnels. 2) A zoning mechanism for different types of buildings: residential/commercial/industrial. 3) The spawning/construction of buildings on those zones. 4) I don't need any 3D modeling, all 3D models will be provided by me.
