Firstly I need a custom order status added called "Ready for collection" this custom status needs to also trigger a custom email that is sent automatically when triggered, the email needs to follow a template that I already have on my website but needs to be updated for this new status. The custom email will also need to be made so that I can edit in the future if I want to change anything, currently all the emails that are sent from my website are customized using YAYMail, id like this be the same for the new custom email.
