I am looking for a talented designer to create the perfect going away flag design for my current command of Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island. The theme of my flags should relate to the formation of the MA rate in 1797 and an old school schooner which was the ship in the time, and the badge that we wear, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer regarding other appropriate concepts, colors, or patterns. Ideally I will need the flag designed, but I am open to discussing the number of designs further, depending on the skills of the freelancer.
