These projects I will take to a maufacturer (preferably CNC mill), have them create and assemble. Details: (1) each jig to be used as bench-top, manually-operated device; (2) prefreed method for wire benging: around a pivot point; (3) each jig to be made of stainless steel; (4) each jig to be made of any set of items you choose that can be CNC-milled or bought off-the shelf (only EU-based, metric system items apply); (5) the attached graphs show the path though the very middle of each wire (i.e. remember to add 4mm all the way around the path to achieve the wire surface). I plan to build an addition for my house. To do this, I want to prefabricate the wall indoors, inside my shop space, and then bring them to the site to install them there. In order to be able to prefabricate the wall panels for this addition, I first need to build large tables, that are designed with a surface that has holes in it to allow Bessey Clamps to be used to produce the Jigs used for the production process.
