The scope covers three systems: water supply, drainage, and gas piping. I already have the architectural and structural backgrounds in DWG; what I need from you is a fully coordinated plumbing layout that can go straight to our installers and the approving engineer without additional mark-ups. Depth of detail is important here. Line sizes, slopes, pipe materials, fixture connection points, valve locations, clean-outs, vent routing, isolation details—the whole lot must be called out and keyed to recognised symbols. Wherever manufacturer data is needed (e.g., backflow preventers or pressure-reducing valves), reference the exact model numbers so the procurement team can cross-check quickly. I’m comfortable with AutoCAD or Revit outputs, as long as the final issue includes: • PDF sheets ready for stamping • The editable CAD/Revit files • A brief legend and notes block that outlines any code assumptions or coordination requests Before I sign off, I’ll review the PDFs against the background drawings; if everything matches dimensionally and each system is fully tagged, I’ll release final approval.

Below you can find the requirements for the house floor plan. For now I m looking for an architect that can help me with the floor plan, and later I want to model the the plan into 3D. The design style should encapsulate a traditional aesthetic. Think natural shapes and materials, creating an ambience of timeless elegance and coziness. I tried to write everything down, but if something is unclear or if you have suggestion to make pls let me know. I would propose an interactive workflow, you start with a small sketch and send it to me with your notes, and give you feedback on it and step by step we proceed to a more precise and elaborated floor plan. Requirements: The House should ideally have three units First Unit: On the Ground floor Has 4 Bedrooms ( at least two of them parental suites) Should has access to the swimming pool and to 90% of the garden Should has a spacious Garage for at least 1 cars A garage that provides place for at least 1 cars that can be accessed from the house. Second Unit: Separate entrance ( If shared entrance then a the main door would be on the first floor) On the first Floor Should has a spacious Garage for at least 2 cars One parental suite Three children bedrooms A garage that provides place for at least two cars that can be accessed from the house. Third Unit: On the ground floor and maybe on the second floor Should have at least one parental suite and another bedroom or two parental suites) Should have access to a small portion of the garden Should have no View on the Garden of Unit 1 Should have a totally separat entrance Only a parking spot, no garage needed I will not write everything down, pls don’t forget the basic things for each unit, like kitchen, living room etc. The house should ideally shield the garden and the swimming pool as much as possible from outside views.
