3g modem ussdงาน

I am using ZTE MF823 modem/router with my Keenetic 4G II , OR other router running OpenWRT. Problem is that my modem is not recognized by either router on *boot*. In order for it to get discovered, I have to plug the modem in once the router is running. OpenWrt has some sort of linux that I can access via telnet/ssh, and Zyxel has it's own CLI. ZTE mf823 is also accessible via telnet and is running linux.

Site: Have always had good ranking on Google until a few years back when new competitors suddenly end up on Google first page and way back page 4-10!
