Create a Google custom map -- 2

We need to create a Google custom map like this one: [login to view URL] We don't need it to be fully covered by an over layer (like the grass in the Disney one), instead, we want to base it on the satellite view. And on it, we need to place 26 icons Every icon has to be clickable and it has to show a small window like in the Disney map. The programmer has not to create the icons, will furnish them ready to be inserted. Instead, she/he has to design all the tracks shown in the attached mockup map. A fundamental thing is the map limit: it has to have the grey limit as in the Disney one. Once finished, we need to be able to insert it in our Wordpress site in any size we want. We have to be able to insert new elements and modify the map by ourself. If you have realised something similar, please link it.
