Creating a Document in LaTex

We are seeking to work with a freelancer who is highly experienced in document creation, editing, and design in LaTex. We have a task which will require the freelancer write syntax to create advanced documents with numerical data and graphs to be used in reports given to research participants. A csv dataset and graphs will already be provided for the freelancer to use. Our goal is to create a visually appealing one-page report which provides each student with their own data. Students have completed a research study in which they give twice daily reports of various emotions, like happiness, sadness, and stress, each weekday for two weeks.
