3D Musical Animation with Blender filess

I want to create a musical 3D animation set of videos...the total length of video is about 20 mins and there about 10 songs. I created this project earlier but i was told to specify exactly what i have and need... WHAT I HAVE 1) All my characters in blender files rigged ready (so be familiar with blender or at least know how to convert it to other format) 2) Storyboard for all songs NEED I need a quality and fast animator that can make the movies and also render them for me. TIMELINE I need this project completed by Nov 20, so i may split the job into two freelancers. BUDGET I only have $1000 for the entire project! I dont have environments files now. But I try to keep the storyboard simple (10-12 scenes), so work within budget! 2. I dont have extra time to play around on project. NOTE 1. If you will convert to Maya files you will have to re-rig the characters. (i dont have any budget for this) 2. Again be prepare to remodel and re-rig the characters if using any other software apart from Blender (i dont have any budget for this) 3. if using Blender and you dont like the rig or model, be prepared to re-do it. (i dont have any budget for this) 4. I will require you to show me a sample animation of one of my storyboard before I pick you finally. If it is not what I want I will not go with you.
