If you need your site from scratch, I would like to build your website from sketch. First i would go to design PSD mockup for your website Homepage. Once you would finalize homepage, I would go to design all subpages of site. Once all pages design completed in PSD. I would start converting them into responsive HTML. I would like to convert full html website into CMS like Wordpress, Drupal etc so that you would change your site content and images yourself after delivered website. Or if you need from theme, I could customize any WordPress theme for you to develop a great website for you with world class design in timely manner.
