I want to know how to get 4's on my report card and not get anymore 1's

I want to know so badly for how to get 4's on my report card and not get anymore 1's. Can you please come and show me, tell me, or help my get 4's on my report card and not get anymore 1's. My question right now is: What's the best way or the easiest way to get 4's on my report card and not get anymore 1's? You know last time when reports came, I thought I was going to get at least one 4 on my report card but I found out I didn't get any 4's and I got a lot of 2's. Right now my concern is from then on even though when I word hard in my classes or work the best as I could, then the best I can get up to is 3. So can you please come and help me with something like this because I'm too forgetful and I'm so confused.
