Create Magento 1 products using provided URL and existing attributes in magento database

I currently have a Magento 1 database created with some products. I have attributes, categories and all pertinent information already created. I have recently purchased more products for resale that will need to be added to my Magento database to be sold online and in my retail store. I would like to provide you a URL and a list of products that I need created. From there I would like you to create each product using the attributes that already exist in my Magento backend filling in as much information as possible and ensuring the front end of the site/product is presentable and the same standard as all other products. I am starting a new eCommerce site and a new retail store so I would like to ensure all of this data is entered correctly the first time. I will be adding products very frequently and would love to find someone to help with the process that understands my industry and can easily distinguish where each attribute should go to each product I need created. Generally speaking, I will provide you a CSV or PDF file (whichever I am provided by the manufacture) of products that I need you to add to my magento database. There will be some as many as 1000 products but there will also be some as few as 5 products. Once the foundation is built with key products I would like to get to a point where each time I submit an order for products not currently in my database, I am able to send you a copy of the order showing the items purchased, their cost, their MSRP, how many I am to receive and which website you can find the products information at for you to create each product and its attributes.
