Webbased-Registration system

Also there is a sample code for a forum that you might find useful. The system will be running on a server in a centralized location. The basic function of the system is to allow immigrants, which are citizens of the municipality, to register online. Also anyone that has access to the website is going to be able to search for registered members based on several criteria such as: area that resides, name and age. This is going to be very useful when residents located abroad or in the country are trying to find old friends or relatives. Furthermore we are going to create a forum. The idea of registering online is to create official records of all citizens living abroad and having an easy way to get in touch with them. That also eliminates the need of finding their addresses and sending messages to them manually. A search engine. Someone that is using it should be able to search for a person (already registered into the system) based on area he is leaving, age, name and neighborhood.
