Several options for this, i've quoted for the middle-line solution but could do this as cheaply as about $250.. there is already a lot of technology out there for instant messaging, so re-inventing the wheel is pointless, I could either develop something based on one of these technologies (cheaper bid) or develop a completley customised 'system' for you..
