Write Quiz Questions

This project requires technical expertise with Nursing - or at the minimum a very high level of general knowledge. Required: Ability to write excellent English. *Task:* I need someone to write 400 quiz questions that are Nursing related. I will provide the content such as in the sample MS Word attached file. When the project is awarded, I will provide a file that has 370 or so lines of data. You will use this to create a minimum of 400 questions. You can create more than one question from a row by creating multiple choice and true/false type questions. *What you need to do:* You will convert the provided data into quiz questions such as in the attached Excel file. The format of the Excel file is important. Note – the question and answer options are provided in separate columns. The correct answer is indicated in the correct answer column. To show that you understand and are competent, please do the following 1. carefully review the content in the MS Word file. 2. use this content to create 3 multiple choice and 2 True / False questions in the provided excel file template. 3. Then send the Excel file to me. I should have additional work in the coming weeks.
