I'm looking for a Chartered Accountant to review the first year's accounts of my 1-shareholder, 1 employee (i.e. me!) limited company, and produce the relevant reports so that I can submit to Companies House and HMRC.
Note that my company meets the requirements of a micro-entity organisation.
I've used Sage One as my accounting 'software' - I'm naturally very thorough and methodical and so I beleive everything has been done correctly throughout the year, but I would prefer a Chartered Accountants review for peace of mind and of course any money-saving advice!
My Company is paperless, therefore all documentation (invoices, bank statements, etc.) can be shared to you online with ease.
The first year turnover is circa £35k.
My Company is VAT registered, so please indicate if your price includes VAT that can be claimed back.

It's a job of scrutiny cum internal audit for internal purpose. It will take a around 10-12 hours if number of transactions not exceeding so much and all accounts duly reconciled.
