Find an Accountant for server taxes

I already have a project, I just need help with a few things. -Quarterly taxes owed as a server. -Federal Income tax based off filing status and dependents. Here was my original project proposal: I am asking for a simple number from a formula that I need created but I know the backend is not that simple. I am a server at a restaurant and I would like to know how much tax I owe the tips I make at the end of the night/week, also bi-weekly/annually. Looking for FIT, Medicare, social security, state, and county taxes to be deducted based off my gross earnings of the night. I know the deduction rates for Medicare ( -1.45%) and Social Security (-6.2%). I also know that each state and county will change, my State rate is -3.3% (Indiana) and -1.77% for my county. I am having a problem calculating the FIT Deduction. I have a few pay stubs from my job that we can sample. I don't understand how the FIT is being calucalted. I know the different percentages based on taxable income earned and marital status, but as I read my pay stubs, the FIT deduction is not adding up. If project is completed in a quick manner, I will include a nice tip of course. * I have most of what I need from my previous project, but I have a few things that don't work or make sense to me.
