Scrum Master / Project Manager/ Agile Coach, US Based East

Our Company helps employers and their employees understand the right pay for every position and effectively communicate about compensation. **** ONLY US Based Freelancers, preferably East Coast **** We are looking for a Scrum Master and Agile Coach that will work with the team on a trial basis (6-12 months) to relieve the team of Scrum Master duties and help optimize agile practices, so the team can focus on building software and better managing dependencies on / from external stakeholders. The core team consists of: a product owner, a user experience designer, a business/quality analyst, several developers, and one team lead developer. The core team is located in Ashville, NC. Team meetings are typically start/held at 10:00AM ET. The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will facilitate our agile process consisting of two-week sprints, daily standups, and ceremonies for grooming, planning, end-of-sprint demos and retrospectives. The Scrum Master duties are currently performed by the product owner and dev team lead. You will consult with the team to learn how it currently operates. Using your experience as a Scrum Master and agile coach, you will recommend changes and perform Scrum Mastering and coaching to: improve role clarity, measure and stabilize velocity, improve efficiency of communication and hand-offs between team members, and reduce context switching between tasks.
