So what I could understand from your requirements is 1. Set up aws server to host a website. - accept images as input. store them on server with urls 2. Setup manual actions on the image. - add metadata [Advice - some data can be automatically generated from the image - like dominant color, objects etc.] 3. Search on the metadata. (Query - search query will be made on image or text based search) I have done such image processing on many projects (using open source libraries ).
