App/Service for Location Based Ads

We’re looking for a small team, maybe even a person to help us develop a location based ads mobile app. The application will use the user location on the mobile (iPhone would be ideal). We will sell ads to local stores, restaurants, services, etc. When the user downloads the application for the first time, he will be given the opportunity to select his interests from a list of categories. Let’s say the user selects “ garden and lawn services, and also selects automotive services”. The user will be also given the opportunity during the setup to select an “ads radio” so he can select the 1 mile, 3 miles, 5 miles etc. Every time there’s a sale or an offer within that radio, the user will receive an alert with a link or a coupon code for the specific offer as long as it falls within the user’s selected categories. The application should be able to integrate to Facebook. The app is intended to work in the background, and only let the user know when a good deal is nearby. Of course, the user can open it to edit his preferences, but this is not Yelp. In order to maintain the information, create new ads, delete ads, etc etc, we need an admin site/app to keep and maintain the data. we plan to sell the services to the companies and sell this ad service on monthly, 3-months, 6 months, 1 year plans. Requirements: I don’t want to work with Asian companies because of the time difference. So please don’t apply. Latin American, European and US companies/Freelancers are Welcome.
