Building a feature to share self disappearing photos/short videos ( Like snapchat)

Dear Sellers, We want to build a feature for our app in which people can share self-disappearing photos/10 second videos along with tagging hobbies/place after a certain time. 1. The feature has to built in android with a scalability to extend it on other platforms.
