Field Tech Service App

We are an internet service provider and need an Android App for manageemnt of our field technicians through their cell phones. Should be able to log into a MSSQL database. Once logged in, should be able to see the following options (Today's Jobs, Day Off Request, Lunch Break, Maintenance Request, Leads) Under Today's Jobs, show the jobs assigned to that tech login ID. Jobs should be selective and show a detail with options to contact the customer, navigate to the job site, as well as order parts from our warehouse to complete the job. They should be able to select the job with a radio button, and get job specific details. They should be able to enter close out notes as well as post up to 10 pictures that are specific to that job. Day Off Request should have a calendar control with a From and To date (data to be stored in MSSQL). Lunch Break button should clock the tech out and tell them they need to return to work by a calculated time. The time they punched the button should be stored in SSQL. Maintenance Request should give them an option to select a Vehicle, Customer, or POP Location and provide a description text box as well as a camera picture. All data stored in MS SQL including the picture as a BLOB. Leads should have the following fields: Company name, customer name, address, phone number, email address, and services requested.
