Making some adjustment/new app for existing app

Hi there, As per my understanding, A multi lingual service provider app for iOS is to be developed based on the existing android app. There is already an existing app for the appointment booking with four parts. Some changes are also required in the admin backend, customer app and store app. The changes to be done are category based services and sub services, in hours or in store assignment for the services, services filtration, remove description from services module, track online drivers, turn off receive request after the logout, change location, get driver information etc. Questions: The services provider app is to be developed based on the android version? Kindly provide the details for the service provider app?
