An Individual Animator Required for Long-Term Projects

I need an Individual Animator who can work with us on Animation Projects such as (Character Animation/Motion Graphics, Typography, and InfoGraphics) on a long-term basis. This is not a one-time project. We are an Agency that requires outsourcing vendors to help us create and edit multiple projects, we would require selected artists to perform a small test the ones selected will work with us throughout the projects on monthly bases. We will provide you with all the assets for the projects that you are hired for including a Script, Storyboard, and Voice-Over assets. We need artists who are skilled in software such as AfterEffects, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro etc, Please include "Philly" on top of your proposal so that we may know that you read the complete Job Post.
