Back end developer for London based start up - equity

Hi all We have formed a team for a start up idea in the communications/task management space. There are three of us so far and are looking for a back end developer to come on board as our final co-founder to help us build a prototype, test the concept works and push the business forward from a technical perspective. There is no salary at the moment but each co-founder will have 25% share in the business, and won't be full time to start with.
