Hi, your project is very interesting. I can develop your project very well. But there would be some things I would like to suggest if you let me: You pose: - Set as maximum and minimum temperature. For that you will have to contemplate some means of visualization of these parameters and their adjustment by buttons or potentiometer for example. - Turn on and off by remote control. - That the code is written for Arduino and preferably use an Arduino mini. I suggest the following: Instead of an Arduino mini use an ESP8266 module, which can be programmed in the arduino IDE but it is also wifi. That would allow you to run a small WEB server that you can check from your mobile or tablet. In this way we would summarize the function of human machine interface, for temperature settings, Power on, etc. and remote control functionality. Even if you connect to the cloud, the device can do everything remotely. And turn it into an IoT device!  Of course, such a development would not enter the proposed budget. But we could propose a development in stages, where I could design the hardware, implementing basic functionalities without the network connection (which is what I budget in this offer). And then the Firmware will evolve until I get the benefits that I mention. If you wish we can talk about it and reach an agreement. Thanks for your consideration.
