Advertising freelancer to promote an innovative Toy in their country

Hi we have an innovative Toy (analog interaction light/sounds) principally for kids (6/11 YO): for a Kickstarter campaign. We are looking an expert advertiser to push through their channels and contacts the campaign. We have all material, video, photos, social media platforms etc. We need to share these information and expand the network of the community with new posts in various languages and regions, send newspapers articles, contact Toy/Parents/Gadget magazines etc. Please send us a concrete proposal concerning what you could do for this specific project and in which country.
