Hiring IT writers

I am looking for some IT writers with computer science background. I need only individual writers, not teams as I will discuss the project requirement right away before giving any work. Other terms are as follows Writers must be proficient in various technologies like creating ERD and related diagrams, using SQL tools, Visio etc. Work must be non-plagiarised. There is no payment if it is more than 5% copied from anywhere. Using correct spelling and grammar is must. I might help with providing Grammarly report but ultimately writers have to fix it. I will require daily updates. I cannot wait for the last time of deadline and hear excuse like power outage, internet issue or system crash. Whatever is the situation, just inform me instantly. I will pay $18/1000 words that includes software work as well. If you agree to all the mentioned terms then only bid. Sorry to teams.
