Redesign and improve professional development training programs

I have developed a number of training programs for adult learners for Quality management , Food Safety management, Occupational Safety and Health, Social Accountability, Customer Service to name a few. The programs are not as engaging as it should be as some learners have varying literacy levels and learning styles. They are basically power point presentations and the formal learning outcome is not effective. I require an expert level professional or a team of professionals with varying experiences with: 1. A proven track record in designing programs for adults for at least 3 to 5 years preferably in an adult training environment 2. Access to subject matter experts for review in each area will be an asset 3. Who understands instructional design and adult learning plus learning theories including modern social media methods and computer based learning 4. Ability to critique, identify gaps and communicate it to me to enable redesigning and improvement 5. The ability to redesign the programs to enable engagement, heighten interest and interaction 6. Develop measurement tools for each program to evaluate learning for both online, distance and classroom-based learning. 7. Willing to submit resume and samples of past work 8. Work with an international standard for learning as the criteria to re-design the programs as programs will be audited to international standards for training for me to acquire a license to deliver 9. Willingness to working in a team I have about 15 programs right now and will be working on a suite of programs in 2018 so I am looking for a long-term engagement with steady work starting with a presentation of about 60- 75 slides. The budget I am posting is to initiate dialogue as various factors must be considered including volume and frequency of work. All expressions must be accompanied by a formal proposal covering eh above as a minimum. Only very serious proposals will be considered
