Topographic Garden Survey in London

Rooms Outdoor install garden rooms. We are looking for a surveyor to carry out a detailed topographic site survey of the back garden area where the outdoor room will be located and produce existing and proposed site plans suitable for planning applications. Our site are based across London. - Accurate position of the property boundaries to define dimension of the space. - Spot levels of the indicated area. - Survey of trees within the site. - Survey of existing manholes / inspection covers within the back garden, invert levels and picture of the interior of each manhole / inspection cover (water, foul waters, telecoms...) - Outline foot print of the house. - Survey of surface changes within the back garden, flower beds and any other significant feature. - Picture and sketch location of fuse board, water, waste and data connection points within the house.
