Remuneration and benefits strategy short assessment

A Human Resources assessment in the topic of 'remuneration and benefits' in relation to a simulated business. Task 1 has Five short to medium style questions involving analysing the simulated businesses' strategic plan, and developing Remuneration strategy based on market surveys and well as legislative requirements etc. Task 2 involves writing a communication plan that can be based upon a provided template. The brief need not be extensive, provided it clearly covers the required points. Task 3 is a single short answer theory question around Novated leasing and Fringe Benefit Tax in Australia. Key Notes: For Task 1 access to the simulated business website will be given - here you will need to research the business's files and plans (etc) like strategic and operational plans. Please reference at the end which policys/plans/files you have used. The pdf of slides from the class provide a clear indication of the theory that should be utilised when answering questions. At the end of the questions pdf (after task 3 ) you will notice a table of 'key elements'. That does not need any work however it is a list of criteria being assessed in these questions - so it will be useful to look at to ensure you have covered key criteria. Market information and Fringe Benefit Tax information etc must be Australian based. Question C from Task 1 has been amended, and the new question is attached separately.
