Simple Web Browser

I have the need for a simple Web Browser. Only extras should be a thin toolbar across the top (with url text box, back/forward buttons, home button, refresh, stop buttons), and a status bar at bottom like ie. This should be packaged with an installer/uninstaller. And I should be able to have multiple instances launched from different shortcuts open at the same time.
