189055 Custom form software

This project is for a custom form software. It will create custom letters based on input into the software. All text will be provided. All custom fields will be provided. I want the program to have a custom compliler so that I can easily create a private label version. The software needs to be encrypted well and use a serial number. The serial generator will be made by you. The software needs to see if the serial has been used with any other customer, if it has then all softwares using the same serial will be shut down. I want several very cool GUI's made so that when I complile a custom version they look different. Some links in the software will be to url's. I need to be able to customize these url's when I create a custom label version. This is a very easy program. I will put 50% into escrow and 50% upon a bug free finished product. I want to know in your bid if you can make a dual platform where it will work on either PC or Mac.
