Develop a scheduler to generate an Excel file and send file to another server

I am looking for a C# and SQL Server developer, which can design and develop an automatic process to schedule a weakly process to do the following steps: Write a select query to fetch data and generate the output in an Excel file. ( will provide the query criteria to fetch data) Save the file in a specific directory. Call an API to send the Excel file from the windows server to the target server. (This API has been developed, just needs to be called and pass the right parameters. (will provide the information in a later stage) A scheduler to do the above task on a specific date and time on a weekly basis. i.e, once a week at a specific date and time which needs to be configurable (the date and time, the file name and the path of the file). Log activities, i.e, keep the history of the process (number of records generated, time and date of the file has been generated and sent. The data resides in a SQL server DB, there are only 3 to 4 tables to generate the data from them. There are around 1000 records to be generated in the Excel file. The generated Excel file needs to be sent to another server using a developed and ready API. There is only a need to call the API and pass the parameter with the right information to send the generated Excel file from server A to server B. The post API is developed and it is working. Just need to be called and pass the correct parameter to the API.
