Hi.. So, it should work like the MS Word's WaterMark feature (Design tab -> Watermark -> Insert Watermark), isnt it? To allow work in Word & Excel, it can be done as a C# Addin. In excel it will work as the Watermark feature already there (Insert tab -> Header & Footer) It can be delivered in 2 days and you will be able to test it and give feedback about this first version.
