This is a project aims to validate that using Xamarin (and specifically [login to view URL] where possible) can deliver a consistent, professional, responsive UI across iOS, Android and Windows platforms. Our app is an enterprise focused mobile app that has been developed using the native tools for the iOS and Android platforms. We now have a requirement to bring the app to the Windows platform. Rather than add a 3rd native development platform to our technology stack, we are considering developing for all three platforms using Xamarin. The UI Proof-of-Concept aims to create a working prototype that includes 14 forms/screens. The prototype will need to function on: • Windows, iOS and Android platforms • Phones and Tablets Initial testing will be on these physical devices: an iPhone7, an iPad Mini, a Samsung S6 and a windows laptop. However, the prototype should function well on other devices (e.g. iPhone 7+, a Samsung tablet, etc.). See the attached specification for more details.
