Develop and test an all natural unique teeth whitening paste

Chemical Engineering Hey! I have an idea for a teeth whitening paste in my mind for many years and now finally I have time to make it come to life. Since I am a mechanical engineer, I am not skilled to develop such tooth paste on my own so I am looking for a freelancer to help me with it. I have more than 1 tooth paste formula in mind. After successfully completing this project, I would be happy to hire you again and pay more. I need a chemist to develop and formulate an all natural teeth whitening toothpaste making sure it is unique (there is nothing similar on the market). I have the idea of which ingredients I want in the paste. After developing the formula, the product needs to be laboratory tested. Testings should include whitening experiments, stability test (shelf life), abrasiveness test, pH testings, flow testing, flavor testing. As an expert, please let me know which other tests you think should be done on the product. After the formula was created and tested, I would need a developed manufacturing process. Have you had experience in developing similar products? Please let me know which ones. What other testings come to your mind for this product? Please describe them. Do you have a proper laboratory to undertake all the testings? How long do you think the development process will take?
