Hi there, I've read all the images of your building. Foundation is good but needs to improve a little bit. The floor must be a rigid floor since the column stands at perimeter only. The attic roof is great and I will add some stiffener to make sure the stability. I can help you with the calculation, and the drawing too. That's why my quote is $160 that will be $80 for the calculation and the half for the structural drawing. I hope that makes sense to you. Best regards, I'm a civil enginner with solid experience in structure desing. I can do drawings for the structure using AutoCAD, in the format that you choose. For the structure desing, I use SAP2000 and some excel sheets that I have programmed following normative codes (ACI, LRFD, etc). For the foundations' desing I would need soils analysis. We can discuss any other consideration that you need, write me.

I'm a structural steel engineer and I'm expert in Tekla modelling and detailing for steel. For the building design, I can use tekla structural designer to get the design. For the connections, I can use Idea StatiCa. If you have something else in mind, I have no problem at all.

I'm holding a BSc Engineering (Hons) degree with a first class, in civil engineering from the most sought after university in Sri Lanka, UOM , which is accredited in Washington accord. My major choices were subjects in structural engineering.
