Script creator

Hi! We have built a website where several thousand links has been posted and saved into a MySQL database. Lately we have imported a script that takes links like those and converts to another link so that there is always a copy of them. What we would like help with is that you create some sort of script that runs through the database and replace all the already existent links with these that has ran through the converter and place them at the right line in the database. This should be possible to do easily, and payment is done through bitcoin. Thanks!
