264115 Clone of Flash Website

Need a website created that is a VISUAL clone of [login to view URL] WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS. The graphic images on the website need to be modified to avoid copyright / trademark issues. But the genernal flash animated background and functionality needs to be the same as the site just mentioned. The pages for the new site we are building should have a nice flash animated template BUT we only need about 10-15 pages (each one does NOT need to be unique). We'll need a 6-month calendar on the homepage with text links for each event performance time that pull from an XML database feed.
