Sell something for me

Sell links on network of sites get solid 10% for each link sold and renewal from sale of the link. Must know wordpress, joomla, have good communication skills must have cpanel administration skills of the server. Must be able to communicate with clients and set up reminder for links and post blog posts into websites with customer links, provide pricing to customers for links and renew the links. Once link is placed and you request customer to renew you get 10%, from renewal costs as well. Be prepared to do small little tasks such as fixing sites from being hacked or recovering from back up sites, must closely monitor sites, if sites break you will lose opportunity to sell links. Other tasks include match making students with tutors, get 10% from each match as well. Match making academic students with tutors, and match making clients who have wedding parties with managed tutors. Other tasks will include brokering information between student and tutor for other business model system, where you also get to keep 10% from each brokered info. Work schedule is flexible, if you work you earn money if you do not then you do not simple as that. There is another person who you will have to communicate with as well who also handles link sales and website recovery and fixing wordpress and joomla sites. If you have marketing skills to market on facebook this is also a plus. Your first task will be review existing emails and understand how link building business works, then modify the list to clearly show where the link was purchased on which site it was placed, when it expires. You must setup a calendar with reminders and share that calendar with me and other person... Calendar must be clearly shared who exactly when link is being renewed so email goes out automatically to clients. If email doesn't come out automatically you will miss out on link renewal revenue where you do not have to do anything other then record payment during renewal period. Must be able to place links in a way that is natural and not spammy. Link sales experience is preferred, you will administer over 50 sites where you can sell links from and it will become subject matter expert in link selling. however in between the tasks u will be provided opportunity to do other fixed cost tasks. If you don't do the tasks, task will go to someone else and some one else will earn money instead. You must have content writing experience, as well. Note if your experience is mostly in PHP or server admin and less of link building it's ok you can be trained. However you would have to take that training on your own time, listen to voice recordings and review emails from previous customer conversations. You will be required to take over complete level of administration for customer list... from existing worker and help him manage it. Existing person who we have now is good in fixing sites, but often doesn't respond to customer emails, we would like to have a backup person who can respond to email and process the request or have this person do the request. In either case you would get paid 10% from link sale or from match making commission.
