Landscape Design and Facade Improvement

Landscape Design: What we need are ideas of the highlighted are on the photo attached. We want design to upgrade the land in between the buildings. Need to be modern, inexpensive and simple design on Landscape. Facade Design Needed: What we want is to keep the building as-is and just add a few modern cosmetic elements on the façade to improve its aesthetic value. Please see the attached rendering.
