I would like to hire a CSS Designer

I'm a video artist working on a project that requires just a bit more css than I'm capable of. The project I'm working on is linked here. [login to view URL] All three videos should play automatically, and on loop, as they are now. But I would like if the sound that accompanies each video is audible when the user hovers over the video. This way the user can see all three visuals at once, with the option of listening to one at a time. I use cargo collective to host my website which has a CSS editor function. If possible I would also prefer if the standard Vimeo control panel that appears when a user hovers over a video was not there.
