Finding contact details of restaurants - repost

I need someone to search the web and collect the contact details of 500 restaurant owners or managers from Brisbane, Australia. This data needs to go into an excel spreadsheet in the format that I have attached to this project. The details required are: - restaurant name; - restaurant telephone number; - owner/manager first name; - owner/manager surname name; - owner/manager email address; and - the suburb that the restaurant is located. For example: ABC Restaurant | 07 3332 3333 | John | Smith | (email) | South Bank This task will require some creative Google searching and use of Whois domain searches. As I said, I'm looking for 500 contact details and if the results are good I may commission more contacts on an ongoing basis. I would like you to find 500 unique restaurants in Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs yourself - I will not provide a list of restaurant names. I will however provide a list of 50 or so restaurants not to cover because I have already covered them. I do not want any duplicates specifically no duplicate telephone numbers. With regard to finding the email addresses - the emails need to be a direct line to the restaurant owner/manager - therefore [login to view URL] at restaurant-name dot com or even a hotmail or gmail addresses are a more favourable result than standard company emails like info at restaurant-name dot com.
