Enter test results from pdf to excel

Entering the results of a test. 40 participant. Each 3 pages. Every page has 36 question, and the answer is one option picked form six possible. The pdfs are scans that are not very clear, and you need to make sure you enter to the excel the correct answer. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KNOW HOW TO PLAY WITH BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST TO MAKE THE TEXT VISIBLE IN THE SCANS. EXAMPLE ATTACHED. Also the empty template is attached. I will provide with an empty template for you to fill. Every participant out of the 40 you will save in a different excel file. The names of the participants might not be in English. In this case you should copy the filed of the name from the pdf and post it to the excel file. To be clear: Attached one page. We have 40 participants, each has 3 pages. So total of 120 pages, each page 36 lines.
