Focalprice Data entry, get all products , add to magento

Hi , I have a ecommerce company and i want more products on my website, to sell and to get more visitors by the large catalog. I want all focalprice products on my magento website including images / descriptions and a new price in euro including tax and profit. I want the same categories as well and images withouth watermarks ( they are there in the sourcecode). i dont want out of stock items. I do not have a ftp / xml / rss feed with the products. Please Note : Focalprice is big !! i want a on server solution . The quickest way to copy focalprice to my magento database !! because of the huge amount of products on focalprice i want a solution where you can resume importing after the server gives a time-out and the possibility to choose categories to import would be a great extra feature. I want the cheapest solution with the quickest delivery and the highest value for the money. I will release the money after the project is completed.
